Click where it says ‘sign in’ on the top right hand side of the page - you need to do this even if you don’t already have an account.
On the next page that appears, scroll down a little and click where it says ‘create a new account’.
Extra tips when setting up an account
Type your name and email address carefully so you don’t miss out on course emails or course purchase confirmations, or get stuck logging in successfully
Make sure to only create one account - occasionally customers create more than one account accidentally with different emails, and then have trouble accessing courses purchased under the log in they forgot they created.
Q: I'm having trouble signing in to my account on the course platform, can you help?
Once you have an account, click where it says ‘sign in’ on the top right hand side of the page.
Just sign in by inputting your name and the password you chose when you set up your account, and you’ll be taken to your Student Dashboard, showing the courses you’ve purchased.
Don’t worry if you forget your password when signing in, just click on the ‘’Forget password’ link on the sign in page and you’ll be taken through a password recovery process.
You also have the option to sign in using your Linkedin, facebook or Google+ accounts - if you want to do that, just click on the relevant icon on the sign in page and follow the instructions.
Extra tip when signing in
Make sure you’ve signed in (as described above) before trying to access your courses - you won’t be able to see the courses you’ve bought or access the content until you’ve completed that step.
Q: How do I purchase a course once I'm signed in?
Once you’ve set up an account, or you’ve signed in, you’ll be in your Student Dashboard area. From here, click on ‘All Courses’ on the top right of the page.
Select the course you’d like to purchase, and then on the next page that appears, click on the orange ‘Buy’ button, shown on the image of the course you’ve chosen.
The next page shows you the total price and asks you to input your card information.
If you have a coupon code, you can also enter this here by clicking the ‘Have a coupon?’ link.
Click on the orange ‘Purchase’ button, and your card transaction will be processed.
Once it’s gone through, you’ll receive an email welcoming you to the course. You’ll also now be able to access the course you’ve purchased within your student dashboard.
Extra tips when purchasing a course
Enter your card details and any coupon code carefully to prevent problems with the transaction being accepted and receiving the correct price.
Save your welcome email when it arrives - it may contain information you want to refer to more than once about getting the best out of the course.
