Three new online classes to help you work, connect and socialise safely on screens

 

Are you being blown away by what is occurring around you in the world right now?

 

There are days of feeling resilient and OK with it all, days of feeling resigned and confused, days of feeling overwhelmed and scared. We are all navigating through this together, and many of us are doing it with a huge increase in screen time. We are connecting via computers, phones, the internet as we work online, school online, and socialise online.

 

Now, you know me, I want to share good news and empowering techniques! When you are able to understand how to support your energy you are able to support your physical health, your mental health and your vitality. 

 

BUT I can’t give you any good news about what happens to your energy when you are on screens.

 

Let me tell you what changes I see in the human energy field after people have been on their phone or computer screen for 40 minutes.

 

  • The electromagnetic heart field loses coherence and begins to weaken

  • Your ability to be grounded electromagnetically gets compromised. This has huge implications for your physical and emotional health

  • The aura depletes, especially in front of the chest, the throat and the face. If you have your computer on your lap the abdominal area can also be deeply affected

  • In these areas, the natural protective resonance of the aura and chakras can’t hold, meaning you are much more vulnerable to external influences and pathogens

  • The thyroid is especially affected and begins to lose its energetic vitality

  • Congestion and acidity increase in the body system

  • All of this affects your health, your immunity, your vitality and your ability to sleep

 

All of this is happening in just 40 minutes! On average, since coronavirus, how long have you been on screens each day?

 

Now for the good news...

 

As always with your body, there is a lot that you can do to support, maintain and even repair and restore your energy so that you can be on screens safely at this time of social distancing.

Class 1: How to keep your energy safe and strong when most of your human interaction is through a screen - free!

 

This class is FREE and is suitable for everyone.

 

It introduces the understandings and vital techniques for supporting your health, your vitality and your immunity while working on screens so much during coronavirus. You'll learn essential information for anyone on a computer, tablet, or phone screen for more than 40 minutes at a time, or for parents of children who are on screens for more than 40 minutes.

Class 2: You, your client and your computer! How to work safely and stay healthy doing online client sessions - £40

This class is for Healthcare Professionals who are working with clients online.

 

This includes coaches, energy therapists, doctors, herbalists, nutritionists, counsellors, psychotherapists etc... Your energy field responds very differently to your computer when you are working with clients, no matter what healing modality you are working within. The cost to your energy system can be much greater, leading to compromised vitality, health and immunity. 

Your energy field reacts very differently to a screen when there is another person showing up in it and you are in exchange with that person. Does that make sense? Let me explain, as it is a vital understanding. 

 

Think about reading a book. Now think about standing with the author of that book and talking together. It is a very different experience isn’t it. And energetically, what happens in your system is very different when you are working on your computer, and when you are engaging in an exchange with another person via the screen.  

 

Your energy system, in all of its immense wisdom, has not evolved to be in direct energetic exchange with another human being through the medium of a computer, and that is why it can have such profound effects on your energy, health and vitality. 

 

For those of you who have recently switched to offering mainly online sessions I am sure that you know EXACTLY what I mean, as you will have noticed you are tired and more discombobulated at the end of your work day compared with when you were working in-person with clients. Also, your sleep quality may be very different because of the impact of the computer, and this in turn will mean that your energy system’s natural ability to repair and restore while you sleep will not be engaging fully, creating a self-perpetuating cycle of struggle or depletion. 

 

In this 90 minute online class learn:

If you were drawn to work in the healing profession then it is highly likely that you have a very empathic and sensitive energetic system. This means that your interaction with the computer screen will be even more interconnected and affected. Great for your clients, but what about you! Your energy system may face extreme challenges resulting in depletion, exhaustion and burnout. As this is another level of understanding we will be exploring these factors in a separate class - see Class 3 details below!

Class 3: Wednesday 13th May, 7pm UK time - £40 

The Empath Online. Protecting your own energy while connecting safely with others through screens

This class is for those of you with sensitive, aware and alert energy systems.

If you have a highly sensitive system or are deeply empathic to other people, then, right now, you are probably experiencing quite a roller coaster ride. Whether you are on screens for work, for social contact and connection, or for education, your energy fields will be especially affected by being on screens for any amount of time. Screens greatly affect everyone, but if you are energetically sensitive then they will affect you even more strongly.  

As well as the ways in which you are personally affected by this coronavirus crisis, there is a huge amount of fear, uncertainty and frustration in the collective human energy field right now and, as an energetically sensitive person, you will be really aware of all the fluctuations in your own energy. You’ll be feeling strong on some days, totally floored on others. You’ll feel a leaden weight in your chest one moment, and then like you are in a weightless free-fall the next. 

Someone who isn’t energetically sensitive will be able to spend 20+ minutes on screens before their energy systems begin to react in stress. You, however, will probably manage about 30 seconds before your system starts reacting strongly to the screen and being affected in the following ways:

BUT HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS. Your sensitivity doesn't mean that you can’t be on screens safely and effectively, you can. But it does mean that you need to know how to secure and manage your energetic cohesion, before, during and after your screen time. 

 

Take it from me! I have been an Empath all of my life, experiencing not only the rich complexity of my own energy, but that of everyone around me. If I didn’t know how to support my own energy to manage all of this crashing around us right now, I’d be in a deeply compromised place physically and emotionally. Even though I am often engaging in active screen time with students, colleagues, team members and friends for several hours a day, I know what I need to do so I still feel great at the end of the day.
