Each one of your energy systems is involved with keeping you alive AND allowing you to live your most balanced, healthy and vital experience. By understanding and working with your energy, you can start to heal trauma, have enough energy to really enjoy your life, navigate daily challenges in life with ease, and be fully present for your loved ones. Imagine that!

 

I am passionate about empowering people to understand their energy systems, and I want to help you do that too - and I promise you that it's easy!


But I also know that learning something new can seem overwhelming. My blog articles, online courses and YouTube videos contain so much information about energy, you may be wondering, 'where do I start?'

Well you're in the right place because I'm about to give you a really easy introduction to understanding energy.

We're going to work through a series of short videos together that explain the basics principles of your energy system, as well as some easy exercises that help balance and nurture your energy system so you can begin your journey of transformation and become your most empowered, joyful self.

Grounding is really important! In this video I talk about what grounding is, why it's is so important, how you feel when you're not grounded and when you are, and I and show you an exercise you can do that will help bring your grounding back into balance.

In these next two videos, I explain what your aura is, the vital roles of connection and protection that it plays, and I show you exercises you can do to strengthen it. 

Next, I want to show you a really easy and quick daily energy routine I've put together, called the Radiant Health Routine.

I try to do this routine every day - sometimes when I wake up, sometimes in the middle of the morning or afternoon if I start to feel tired, and sometimes I'll do it when I'm getting ready for bed. I'd love you to try doing it every day too, or as often as feels possible for you.
It takes five minutes, is easy and feels wonderful.
