I know this because I’ve been there.
As a teenager, I spent two years in bed with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Energetically, physically and emotionally all cohesion was lost. I had pain in every muscle in my body, my heart lost all of its rhythm, and I didn’t have enough energy to get out of bed, to digest any food, or even to read more than a few sentences. I went from being a bright, energetic, fun and lively young woman to not even being able to crawl out of bed. Throughout this process I was able to watch my energy systems as they responded to my illness and what was needed to set me on my path to full and vibrant health again. During my 20 years in private practice I’ve worked with hundreds of clients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome AND through working with their energy, I’ve watched them get better again.
Although today I enjoy vibrant health, that’s not to say that I have never experienced illness since then. Recently I was hospitalised with coronavirus and once I came out of hospital I spent a few weeks working to regenerate and rebalance my energy systems so that I could move beyond any possible Long COVID and return to full health.

I have created a brand new online course designed specifically for those dealing with CFS/ME or long COVID. I wanted to bring both of these conditions together in one course because they share many similarities and are so very prevalent in our current times. Both are associated with viral exposure and adrenal resilience, and feature many of the same debilitating symptoms involving multiple body systems, especially the neurological system. The symptoms and progression of each condition can move in confusing patterns and fluctuate over time, making them difficult to track, treat and diagnose. I also see that both have similar energetic trajectories and solutions.
